Master Plan
Goodell Gardens & Homestead is being developed according to a
Master Plan prepared by Marshall - Tyler - Rausch, LLC in
Pittsburgh. A display of the Master Plan along with pictures of
the Goodell Sisters and some interesting history of the farm and the
area can be seen in the headquarters building on the site of the
Goodell Gardens and Homestead. Ultimately, the Goodell Gardens
& Homestead will include Teaching Gardens, Family Gardens, Formal
Gardens, Japanese Gardens and an Overlook Garden. In addition,
the plans call for a Bulb Meadow, a Lilac Hill, an Event Lawn and a
Visitors Center.
