This building was rented to a variety of Edinboro residents throughout the years, and is currently used for storage. In 2010, Goodell Gardens was awarded an ArtsErie / Kresge Foundation capacity-building grant to conduct a feasibility study on this property, thus plans to potentially renovate the Tenant House are currently under review.
